THE RECORD
One asset, measured on a cadence and kept: every epoch registered to the same coordinates and indexed twice — by the date it was taken and the date it was known. Bid to operation, every moment somebody has to prove what was really there reads off the same record.
A competitor who starts three years from now cannot manufacture last year’s capture.
The ground has already changed — those epochs were the only chance to measure it.
Epochs cannot be back-dated: every one is dated where it was taken, and beyond restating after.
The record compounds from the day it opens, and never stops being the earliest evidence.

HOW IT RUNS
Capture on Monday, verification on Wednesday, a claim you can defend on Friday, and a bid on Sunday night that prices itself from all of it.
A dock launches on Monday at 06:00 and the whole site is on the map by the huddle: a measurable map at 1.8 cm detail, a 3D model, and cut/fill against the design surface. Nobody waits three weeks for a surveyor to come back.
